Kids these days ARE HAVING SEX.

There is nothing really you, me, or anyone else can really do about it.

So why not try and at least encourange being safe about it?

In my sex ed class in HS, the teachers stressed abstenence, but suggested to use a condom for those who chose not to be.
Whats so wrong with that?
